Settings
The Settings section provides advanced system configuration options, including:
- Storages: Create Storages. Monitor archive usage and disk capacity
- Authorizers: Define access control and token rules
- Users: Manage user roles and credentials
- HTTP Servers: Set TLS, ports, and connection limits
- HLS Settings: Configure playlist names, segment duration, and pause duration
- Senta Settings: Connection to the Senta transcoder
- Export Config: Download full configuration in JSON
- Check license: License status and activation
- Logout: End the current web session
These settings allow fine-grained control over the Alta system.
When to Use
Section titled “When to Use”- To record an archive, set up Storages.
- To protect channels, set up Authorizers.
- To change who can log in, open Users.
- To connect a transcoder, open Senta Settings.
