Sessions

The Sessions page provides a real-time view of all active client connections to your streams. It helps you monitor viewership and identify connection details for each user.

When to Use

Section titled “When to Use”

Open Sessions to see who is watching a channel right now, to check that a viewer connected, or to find a paused session.

  1. Open the Sessions tab.
  2. Find the viewer by IP or the channel by Channel.
  3. Read Status to see if the session is active or paused.

The sessions list displays the following information for each connection:

  • IP: The IP address of the connected client.
  • Channel: The name of the channel the client is watching.
  • Start: The date and time when the session started.
  • Status: The current state of the session, for example active or paused.
