Live TV & video archive.
One binary. Zero fuss.
Cesbo Alta ingests UDP, RTP, RTSP and HLS streams, records a DVR archive and delivers it over HLS and WebRTC — to subscribers, set-top boxes and browsers.

From the first packet to the last viewer — without stitching five products together.
Any source in
Ingest UDP/RTP multicast, HTTP MPEG-TS, HLS and RTSP.
HLS to every player
Standard HLS with tunable segment length and playlist size. Works with set-top boxes, mobile apps and browsers.
Low-latency WebRTC
Push RTSP video to browsers over WebRTC/WHEP. Low delay for cameras and live events (video only for now).
Archive & DVR
Record to local disk, pause and resume, catch-up and timeshift. Circular recording kicks in automatically when disk space runs low.
Access control
Protect channels with an HTTP backend, secure tokens or an IP allowlist. Plug in your billing or middleware in minutes.
Senta transcoding
Create transcoding jobs right from the Alta UI. Profiles, status monitoring and automatic restart after failures.
Middleware ready
Works with Ministra (Stalker) and speaks the Flussonic storage API. Export M3U8 playlists in one click.
Live dashboard & API
Real-time bitrates, viewers and storage on one screen. Full HTTP API and a telemetry endpoint for your monitoring.
How it works
Alta sits between your sources and your viewers.
IPTV & OTT providers
Run your own TV service: channels, catch-up, timeshift, token-protected links and middleware integration.
